Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

To oversee and provide leadership to the Sales Department for it to achieve the goals set by the company.

  1. Work with the Company Sales team to increase company revenue and profit goals.
  2. Teamwork with Company to recruit and manage new clients.
  3. Attend pre-bid meetings and job walkthroughs as needed with sales team members.
  4. Follow GAR sales policies, processes, and procedures (manuals, Handbook)
  5. Collaborate with other employees to exceed industry standards and practices.
  6. Responsible for working with Sales team employees on company policies, job responsibilities, inter-department communication and continuity.  Work closely with the Service and Production Departments to ensure smooth flow for an excellent customer experience.
  7. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Sales Department and ensuring sales and revenue goals are met.
  8. Continually seek to improve the processes and the people within the Sales Department.
  9. Build, maintain, and manage customer relations.
  10.  Travel with the Sales team during canvassing activities, as well as on customer/prospect visits as needed.
  11.  Review and manage sales team activity in CRM, Microsoft Office, and other software.
  12.  Ensure all Sales Department personnel are properly managing the customers.
  13. Review all contracts, subcontract agreements, change orders, etc to ensure they meet company requirements
  14. Assist sales team members in selling upgrades such as warranties and higher tier components
  15. Investigate and resolve customer disputes or complaints.
  16. Manage personnel in a learning environment to promote personal and professional growth within the ranks.
  17. Meet or exceed GAR revenue, expense, and profit budgets.
  18. Create processes to ensure More productivity and less stress from employees.
  19. 100% Customer satisfaction and best Customer Experience. (as evidenced by reviews, customer feedback)
  1.  Some College Education and/or 3+ years of Sales Manager experience preferred
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  3. Proficient with Blueprint, Insurance Scope reading
  4. Strong Math and Writing Skills
  5.  Strong Negotiation Skills
  6. Able to climb stairs and ladders
  7. Maintain balance at heights
  8. Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  9. Stoop, bend and work on knees, crawl
  10. Verbally communicate and understand objectives
  11. Work with extreme weather conditions
  12.  Comfortable with hand and power tools
  13. Follow all safety procedures

Looking For Roofing Repairs Technician-Residential Roofing Division

Looking for Experienced roofer, comfortable working on all roof types.

We are seeking a Roofer to assist with residential and small commercial roofing jobs. In this role, you will be focused on small roof repairs primarily dealing with asphalt shingles, pipe jacks, and other materials.  It is essential that you adhere to all company required safety standards including the use of OSHA approved safety gear at all times, to secure your tools in order to prevent building damage and maintain a safe work area.

Roof Repairs Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide repair service to all types of residential roofs
  2. Install new materials, such as asphalt shingles, pipe boot repairs, etc
  1. Caulking and small leak repairs, gutter cleanings, installation of gutter covers,  inspect and provide reports to customers with pertinent information.
  1. Follow all OSHA safety regulations
  1. High school diploma or GED preferred
  2. 2 Years of prior roofing installation or repairs experience
  3. Familiarity with various hand tools, including shingle cutters, etc.
  4.       Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.
  5. Comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions
  6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  1. Execute sales appointments and work with property owners to provide high quality inspections and inspection reports to document the condition of their roof.
  2. Identify prospective clients within the company's target market (high end/luxury) and cultivate relationships.
  3. Use company tools such as drone equipment and software to complete inspections, climb on roofs to document damage during roof assessment, engage customer in the discussion about findings and next steps
  4. Generate leads through networking, customer referrals, and online marketing.
  5. Manage relationships and sales pipeline within company CRM
  6. Communicate quickly and clearly with clients and prospects.

  1. Ability to set goals and obtain them by acquiring new business, creating new networking relationships, and using proven strategies for the roofing industry

  1. Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50000 - $200,000.00 per year

  1. Paid Training for the first 90 days as long as you are meeting activity and sales goals
  2. Company Truck Program after training period and minimum sales goals are met
  3. Medical (after 90 days)
  4. Vacation and 7 Paid Holidays
  5. Annual Trip to roofing conference and other trainings throughout the year
  6. Annual Company Trip (awarded to those who meet their sales goals)

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (hours vary depending on season)

Supplemental Pay:

  1. Bonus/Commission Pay based upon sales quota attainment
